How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We roast in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Your order will typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness and flavor profile development.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee?
While we recommend purchasing whole beans to preserve aroma, we offer various grind settings including Espresso, Drip, and French Press. Simply select your preference on the product page.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Where do you source your beans?
We work directly with sustainable farms and cooperatives in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. Every bag is ethically sourced and supports fair wages for our farming partners.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your coffee leaves our roastery.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite roast and save 15% on every order. Choose your delivery frequency from every week to once a month through our 'Subscribe & Save' program.
